5 Replies on "Where to find Podcat's LAA (Large Address Aware)?. HoI3. I couldn't find it on the official forums how it was suggested in the moddb discription of Black Ice mod."
I loved this massive, complex mod but I have noticed one very irritating issue with this mod: I have a large amount of excess memory on my machine that I can't remove (from installing this mod) and the game keeps crashing when I try to load the save when I'm trying to go back to a saved game (Loadable Sandbox save games, unlike Steam save games). I don't want to delete all the save files on a regular basis because there is always a chance that I may eventually play through the entire game again.
Can this extra memory be somehow removed?
I have Windows 7 Home Premium (I can only give about 120GB of free space for my games on this computer) and 8GB of free memory.
I have no official patch for this mod, nor do I have source code.

What's up, evesi In order to install this mod, you need to unzip the.zip file you just downloaded. Once you have done that you can then run the Black Ice.exe file. Note that your computer may give you warnings if it thinks you are trying to overwrite other important files.
If you can't see the.exe file inside the zip file, go to your \steamapps\common\Hearts of Iron 3\mods\Black Ice\(hoi3.exe) and drag it to the HOI3\mods\Black Ice\(hoi3.exe) folder.
