I'm having trouble meeting girls in person. It's like I don't know where to start and how to approach someone. Can anyone give me advice on how to improve my social skills and connect with people face to face? I don't understand at all how guys get to know each other on the street or in a bar for example. I feel a bit lost in this area.

Of course, the choice is yours. It's just the way I learned. First you have to understand girls, understand their reaction to your words. And in correspondence it's much easier to experiment, you know. There's nothing stopping you from trying. If you don't like it, you won't lose anything
I'm not sure if I want to try online dating. My question was more about learning how to talk to girls (and people in general) and not be afraid. In general, I guess starting with online dating might be a good option too.... I'll think about it. It's probably a lot easier than getting to know each other in person.
I totally get where you're coming from. Meeting people in person can indeed be intimidating, especially if you're not used to it. One way to ease into socializing and meeting potential partners is to try online dating. I'd recommend giving the lucky date a shot. Is an excellent platform for connecting with people who share your interests and goals. It allows you to take things at your own pace and get to know potential partners before meeting face to face. It can be a great way to build your confidence and ease into the dating scene.
